Themes

My roots are in themes, I found my way very early in WordPress into them. I was a Theme Wrangler in Automattic, part of the team that worked on the concept of block themes, theme.json and also I have worked on several default themes. I am also a maintainer of the theme component for WordPress. I was key member of _s whilst at Automattic also before the shift into block themes.

Classic Themes

I have worked still with classic and default themes, I was a sponsored contributor for 6 months focusing on this work. You can find out more about that here.

Block Themes

I have worked with a range of clients creating block themes. I also worked on the original project to make them happen within WordPress. I have worked with an agency helping them get to know themes, also with a legal application.

Plugins

I help a range of plugins with product work. Just a few I have helped include Paid Memberships Pro and Gravity View. I work on a range of work with these freelance projects including themes, front end development and also product design.

Gutenberg

Block based editor for WordPress. I was co-lead for phase one. I continued to work on design tools and still I am a contributor.
