I am incredibly excited to start the new year as Chief Product Officer at Convesio. This journey is more about threads coming together than a change.

The potential of collaboration

I won’t cover what’s been shared so far in the post on Guildenberg, because this will be my personal take; you can read the official post here. However, one of the biggest points for me was the idea of joining to create something bigger than we all could separately. This lit the spark of maker in me and made my mind race with optimism in each conversation I had within Convesio.

Carrying on the need to make

This past year rekindled my passion for experimentation, boundary pushing, and process, and I will bring that to this role. This time, more than ever, is a time for doing. I am looking forward to how I can do that even more when just enough process is added. When I am doing that with a talented team focusing on areas that excite them and they are empowered to explore.

Continuing contribution

One of the strong threads to my work in the past year was contribution. I will now be continuing that through Convesio. I am grateful for the potential to see what can be done this year and for many to come.

Thankful for opportunities

I didn’t start or even enter the mid-year looking for this change. It was one of those happy situations, and I am incredibly grateful for it. Thank you, everyone, who supported me as it happened, and here is to an impactful year of threads coming together.
